Vietnam Souvenir Jacket from Tailor Toyo. Originating in Tokyo during the occupation by US forces after WWII, the 'Souvenir Jacket' became more widespread during the years that followed as a result of conflicts in Korea and Vietnam. This example from the Toyo archives is a white cotton club style souvenir from the early days of US involvement in Vietnam, when the Seabees were deployed to begin base construction and infrastructure preparation.
