Quite simply the heaviest coat I have held in my hand, if you don't already have them, you'll certainly acquire strong shoulder muscles after a winter of wearing this. Based entirely on the WWII model of this coat, it uses double melton wool for this base so it is basically impervious to anything short of a live round. Custom made 13 star ebonite buttons grace the whole piece, with hand warmer pockets on the exterior, a cord lined inside breast pocket, smaller watch pocket and of course, that huge collar to keep every extremity at bay. One to be buried with, although it seems a shame to deprive another generation the chance to see if it lasts two lifetimes.
