The Isosceles Shirt is cut as a T shape, with horizontal shoulders and very wide sleeves.
Once the sleeves are fastened to the body, the machinist sews a straight line from the top
of the shoulder to the cuff, angling the shoulder and tapering the sleeve. The resulting flap is pressed flat and sewn down along the edges, creating an isosceles triangle with its apex at the neck and its base at the cuff. Large pockets are sewn at the front and the sleeves are finished without openings, so that this style works well as a lightweight jacket.

An industrial fabric, Cotton Sheeting is woven in the US with ecru warp and weft yarns,
for end uses including lightweight dust sheets and storage coverings. Similar in weight to Tender's UK-woven calico from previous productions, sheeting is a plain weave, unsanforised fabric which shrinks during washing or dyeing, creating a lightly mottled surface texture.

The seasonal hadal dye for Autumn/Winter 2026 is Brown Hat. The hadal dye idea camefrom thinking about colour choice back to front: rather than choosing a colour from a Pantone book and asking a dye house to match it, I describe a colour (for example "the deepest possible blue") and the see what comes out. Brown Hat is an extension of this. The Opera Hat is dyed with the milliner's 100% brown dye, with no adjustments to red or green. I wanted an archetypal brown hat, something like that worn by Michiel Sweerts' Man Holding a Jug, painted in 1660, rather than imposing my own design decisions onto it.

When the finished hat came back, I took it to my garment dyer, who matched it to a cotton
reactive dye, which gives shirts and jeans the same deep brown.
