Driven by his passion for traditional fabrication processes, Peter Plotnicki created a collection of garments solely made by 1920’s-1950’s circular knitting machines. All tops are produced in Germany, and are based on authentic working men’s apparel ranging from the 1920’s to the 1950’s. The shirt body is all one piece, with no side seam. The tags are woven rather than printed and the buttons are genuine Mother of Pearl. Some of these pieces are a modified fit while others are copied from the original piece down to the last seam. No matter what the provenance, the quality is unmatched by modern apparel factories.
