The fabric used in this garment was woven on a handloom by a master fabric weaver often using natural dyed yarns. Slight imperfections and flaws are characteristics of the fabric due to the hand process. Essentially a popover with a half placket of buttons, the weave on this is slightly looser than previous fabrics for maximum breeziness, soft enough to wear next to the skin but looks great with something underneath too.
