The origins of Timex go back to 1854 in Waterbury, Connecticut as the Waterbury Clock Company. Timex as it is known today has been a name synonymous with time-keeping in the USA since their first high quality affordable watches were released in the 1950's. Since then, Timex have been involved with many major developments in the everyday watch and continue to produce versions of classic watch styles with their collaborations and archive collections.
