These pieces are made of a blend of hand-dug clays from around Victoria, hand processed and aged in the artist's Kinglake studio. This is the one and only of its kind we have in this debut collection. Created using a finely milled wash of cobalt oxide cobalt oxide in water, sprayed with an atomiser. This is a lower temperature porcelain that matures at 1200 degrees. The surface variation and crystals are a result of the unique glaze chemistry that he developed and using a controlled kiln cooling schedule. Fired in an electric kiln, rather than a gas kiln.

• Pieces are to be hand washed and not placed in a dishwasher.
• Do not subject to rapid or extreme temperature changes,  actively boiling hot water should not be poured directly onto any surface.
• Staining over prolonged use of celadon pieces is normal and completely food safe.
• These glazes are food and liquid safe, the blue comes form iron, not from copper or cobalt.
